EABL Employee Experience
PROBLEM: In 2020, EABL shifted from the traditional office set up and adopted the remote working model for a large percentage of its corporate staff members. There were few challenges that came with maintaining company culture and synergizing workflow while remote working.
INSIGHT: The Covid 19 pandemic had a tremendous shift in employee and workplace culture across the globe. Alignment to company's ethics and vision did happen organically, there was less team collaboration and less ownership of the company's business objectives
SOLUTION: We are creating a portal that will drive a high level of employee engagement, fulfill their experience by improving their morale, ease their onboarding, recruitment, and off boarding process, focus on their total well-being and keep them up to date with company news
RESULTS: This is currently under development and will go live later in 2023
ACTIONABLE ADVICE: Creating a one-stop hub for all employees to quickly connect and be updated with company information throughout the employment circle.
