Toyota Kenya: World Rally Championship
CFAO Motors is the official sponsor of the WRC and has participated in the WRC Safari rally through the Toyota brand. They have displayed a spectacular performance every time in the rally with back-to-back 1-2-3-4 wins in the unstoppable GR Yaris. The WRC Safari rally gives the brand a chance to build brand equity and position the Hilux brand as the “Kenyan Shujaa”
We were tasked to develop a digital launch proposal that served both onsite and offsite audiences to amplify the global campaign, showcase the event to increase attendance, educate consumers about the features of the GR Yaris that could generate leads that could result in sales, and boost GR merchandise sales.
Our "Pushing The Limits" campaign aimed to ignite the champion within. It motivated our audience to surpass their boundaries and strive for greatness, mirroring the spirit of the Toyota GAZOO Racing team. The response was phenomenal, with consumers embracing the brand and eagerly immersing themselves in the experience. The result? The GR Hilux Limited Edition sold out, and more people than ever are proudly sporting GR gear.
